“I built this blog to share the stories, people, and moments that have lifted me and to lift others in return.”
Tamlyn Grailli
My Story
I’m Tamlyn Grailli: a pilot, mentor, and advocate with a passion for positive storytelling, inclusive leadership, and community. Over the years, I’ve navigated a male-dominated industry aviation and discovered that progress happens when we uplift one another.
My Journey
From day one in the cockpit, I’ve believed in the power of representation and encouragement of others, providing pathways and support networks, this is testament that real change is possible when we focus on paths, not barriers.
Why This Blog Exists
Too often, conversations around inclusion miss the heart of what matters; the everyday actions, the mentors who take a chance, the stories that inspire real confidence.
I decided to shine a spotlight on those quiet leaders, both women and men, who lead with kindness, courage, and collaboration.

My Core Beliefs
Leadership, to me, has never been about titles or self-promotion, it’s about lifting others up, creating space, and making sure no one is left behind.
True progress in any industry isn’t achieved alone, it takes both representation and allyship. We need women who are willing to step forward, and men who are willing to stand beside them.
In this space, kindness is our superpower, because kindness fuels courage, empathy, and real connection. And when we focus on sharing real, hopeful stories, we drown out the noise of division and replace it with something far more powerful: unity, inspiration, and action.
